Big Hearts LLC Behavioral Health Residential Facility is for those who realize that their behavioral health is a hinderance to progress in their lives and as a result seek help. We provide care to Phoenix community and surrounding areas for men, women, and couples 18 years and over facing serious mental illness (SMI)/behavioral health crisis. They may have a history of substance abuse but are welcome to receive amazing, advanced care services based upon their individual needs and treatment plan.

We are a homely facility with 5 beds located in the lovely city of Tolleson, Arizona. We are 10 minutes south from hospitals, medical facilities, parks, entertainment venues and stores in Glendale, Goodyear, and the Phoenix area. We enjoy proximity to the I-10 Freeway, Tolleson Public Library & Civic Center. Big Hearts LLC accommodates a small population, ensuring that our team of compassionate licensed professionals will provide the attention for individuals who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, bi-polar disorder, and intermittent psychotic episodes.

All our care services are supervised with frequent care assessments by a licensed nurse in order to best provide for changing needs.
